What it's about
Esteemed film director Khosrow leads his crew in a race to complete post-production on their latest film in time for the end of the Fajr Film Festival. This extraordinary film treats the audience to a behind-the-scenes look at how sound is created for film, often with comedic and even touching results. As we follow Khosrow on his quest, it becomes clear that while he starts to question his own directing abilities, he will stop at nothing to complete his work, even at the cost of his health. This atmospheric film's documentary-like format and contemplative use of narration immerses us into Khosrow's world and the fascinating process of Iranian film-making.
