Where to Watch Lady, La Vendedora de Rosas (2015) in the UK

What it's about

Before her trial, Lady remembers her life. As a little girl, she joined her mother and brother in the daily struggle to find food and a place to sleep, always promising herself that one day she will give her mother a big present: a house where they can live as a family. Before she achieves this, she will live in an orphanage, pass through a juvenile-detention center, and mourn the losses of many loved ones. Her destiny changes the day she meets Marco García, a filmmaker who is looking for a natural actress to play the lead in "La Vendedora de Rosas". Tear-filled years later, the film is finally released. It's a big hit at the Cannes Film Festival, and Lady is living her dream of fame and glory. But a few years later, she is involved in a crime that will steal her freedom. Will this woman who inspired so many in Colombia, stop believing and abandon all hope?
